01Is the Starter Pack really free?+
Yes. When delivery opens, no purchase, account, or nickname will be required—just one email address for delivery. No email is collected yet.
02What will I receive?+
One printable Starter Pack containing eight Hidden Japan mysteries, the palette guidance needed to color them, and access to the 8-Puzzle Starter Pack Companion.
03When will the puzzles arrive?+
Delivery is still being connected. When it opens, all eight puzzles will be available together immediately after signup and the same download link will be sent by email.
04Do I need the Companion to color the puzzles?+
No. The printable pack works on its own. The optional Companion lets you save pen names, view Colors Used, Reveal the completed picture, and discover its cultural story.
05Can I unsubscribe?+
Yes. When delivery opens, receiving the Starter Pack will also sign you up for occasional Kakure Pixel Studio emails. Every update will include a one-click unsubscribe link, and the Starter Pack you receive will remain yours for personal use.
06May I share or resell the files?+
The Starter Pack is for the recipient’s personal use. Please do not resell, upload, or redistribute the files as a collection.
